Every renewal, seen before it charges.

Recurring card charges become subscriptions on their own. See what each plan really costs, catch price jumps and idle seats, and get a WhatsApp nudge before every renewal - EMIs included.

EVERYTHING THAT BILLS AGAIN

Plans, renewals, EMIs. With the costs you'd otherwise miss.

One list for every recurring cost, kept from the bills and card lines you already record - no separate spreadsheet to maintain.

  • Recurring charge nudges

Charges that read like a subscription or an EMI get a suggestion to track them. You decide.

  • Renewal calendar

Upcoming renewals and past charges on a week or month calendar, with the total for the period.

  • WhatsApp reminders

One reminder the day before each renewal, with the expected amount and a link to review the plan.

  • Every renewal, recorded

Each renewal is recorded on Outgoing and auto-matched to its statement line when the match is clear.

  • Scan past charges

Find earlier payments to the same provider. Ones that match the plan amount are suggested to link.

  • EMIs, interest and fees

Record item price, down payment, interest, processing fee and GST on interest. No-cost EMIs too.

SEE IT IN ACTION

Spot it. Track it. Hear about it in time.

HOW IT WORKS

From a card charge to a reminder you can act on.

  1. A card charge that keeps coming back - same amount, same day - is nudged: looks like a recurring subscription.

    Looks like a subscription
    • Figma · ₹1,446 on Visa ••45213rd month in a row
    • Same amount, same day each month
    • Add to SubscriptionsSuggested

A recurring charge on a card is nudged before it slips by.

  2. One tap opens Add subscription, prefilled from the charge: vendor, amount, renewal date and card. Confirm, and it's tracked.

    • Amount₹1,446 / month
    • Next renewal12 Aug 2026
    • Paid withVisa ••4521

Prefilled from the charge - just confirm. Now 7 plans running.

  3. Open a plan for twelve months of charges, the total paid, and flags for rises, forex markups, unused seats and ending trials.

    • Total paid since Aug 2024₹14,86,920

Twelve months on one chart, with the jump you'd otherwise miss.

  4. At 08:00 the day before a renewal, owners and admins with a linked number hear what is about to be charged.

  5. Add the purchase and its schedule. Installments are recorded as they are paid, the next one shows as upcoming.

    MacBook Air · Croma · No-cost EMI
    • Installment₹9,575 / month
    • Paid4 of 12
    • Installment 5 on 5 AugUpcoming
    • Still to go₹76,600

Interest and fees recorded alongside, when there are any.

SPOTTED ON YOUR CARD

Same amount, same day, three months running.

A charge that keeps coming back is nudged: 'Looks like a recurring subscription'. One tap opens an Add subscription form already filled from the charge - vendor, amount, renewal date, card - and the charge is marked as part of that plan from then on.

  • Recurring card and bank lines picked out for you
  • The form prefilled from the charge itself
  • Past charges scanned, so history is complete from day one

WHAT EACH PLAN REALLY COSTS

Twelve months, and the jump in June.

Open any plan for its own page: every charge for the last twelve months, the total paid since you started tracking it, and the flags - a 40% rise over May, a forex markup on a dollar plan, a seat nobody has used in 60 days, a trial about to turn into a yearly charge.

  • Month by month, with the total paid so far
  • Rises, forex markups and unused plans flagged on the list
  • Trials flagged before they become a charge

THE LIST, THE REMINDER, THE EMI

Seven plans, one EMI, and a message before each charge.

The subscriptions list carries the flags where you will see them. The day before a renewal, WhatsApp tells you what is about to be charged and lets you open the plan. EMIs sit in the same place, installment by installment.

ONE VIEW OF FIXED COSTS

All your recurring costs. In one view.

Subscriptions, EMIs and your own recurring groups share one Recurring chart, with what each charged over the period you pick. Renewals and EMIs also feed your cashflow forecast.

  • This month's recurring charges: paid so far, still to pay and the total
  • Foreign-currency plans counted in ₹ at the rate from their own charges
  • Recurring groups for rent, insurance or a retainer
  • Mark each plan running, ended or one-time, and sort the list by status

GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.

About
Subscriptions & renewals.

A few things to know before you start.

See all features
Does KhataPilot cancel subscriptions for me?

No. Cancel the plan with the provider, then mark it ended in KhataPilot. Its next renewal is cleared, so no further charges are recorded and no reminder goes out. Nothing is cancelled on your behalf.

Who gets the WhatsApp renewal reminder?

Owners and admins with WhatsApp connected get one reminder at 8 am the day before a renewal, with the date and expected charge. Staff and your CA don't. It links straight to the subscription.

How does it know a charge is a subscription?

If a charge names a known service or reads like a plan or renewal, KhataPilot suggests tracking it. Nothing is added until you confirm. Scan charges can then link earlier payments to the same provider.

Can I track EMIs and free trials too?

Yes. Add an EMI with the item price, months, interest and fees, and each installment is recorded on Outgoing. Mark a plan as a free trial with its end date so you see it before the first charge.

Does KhataPilot cancel a subscription for me?

No - it tracks, flags and reminds. The reminder's Review subscription button opens the plan with its history, so you decide whether to keep it, and cancel with the vendor if not.

How are EMIs tracked?

Add the purchase, the installment and the schedule. Each installment is recorded as it is paid, the next one shows as upcoming, and interest or fees are kept alongside the principal.
